Pembroke Lodge is also situated in the heart of Colwyn Bay with excellent access to public transport to the wider area of North Wales. We have 21 individual bedrooms. We are a specialist Nursing Home that supports adults who are living with dementia. Person centred and holistic care is at the heart of what we ain to offer, we focus on
the strengths and abilities of the person who is living with dementia, and we have created a homely environment that supports the unique needs of people who ae living with dementia.

The home works closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure that all those who reside with us receive a full and holistic care package.
