Pembroke House is situated in the heart of Colwyn bay and has 24 individual bedrooms. We are a specialist Nursing Home that supports adults who are living with dementia. We offer a homely home from home environment and focus on the strengths of the person who is living with us. All our care is individualised and person centred.

We are supported by the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure that all of our residents receive a full holistic package of care . we have created a homely environment that supports the unique needs of people who ae living with dementia.
